TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by MY Pickleball Adventures (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking a trip with us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Booking & Payment

A Full payment (amount specified during booking) is required to secure your spot.

Payments can be made via credit card.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made by email.

Refunds are based on the notice period:

60+ days before departure: 80% refund

30–59 days: 50% refund

Less than 30 days: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
4. Changes by Us
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, facility availability, or other factors beyond our control. Equivalent alternatives will be offered where possible.
5. Health & Fitness
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical condition for activities. Medical concerns should be disclosed during booking. Any food allergies should be brought to the attention of trip organizers.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical coverage, trip cancellation, and activity-related risks.
7. Conduct & Behavior
We reserve the right to remove any participant who displays unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior. No refund will be provided in such cases.
8. Use of Photos/Videos
By participating, you grant us permission to use group photos or videos taken during activities for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing beforehand.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.
